Kelly Clarkson is teaming up with her daughter River Rose for a new song!
On Friday (September 22), the 41-year-old entertainer debuted the deluxe edition of her latest album chemistry, featuring a brand new track titled “you don’t make me cry,” which her nine-year-old daughter sings with her on.
“You don’t make me cry / And I cry at everything/ You don’t make me feel / And I feel more than most / now that says something, doesn’t it?” Kelly sings, as River provides backup vocals. “Feeling free since I found out you don’t have power / So you searching for some/ Well, you can’t have mine / you don’t make me cry.”
Kelly shares River and son Remington, 7, with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock.
During one of her Las Vegas residency shows over the summer, Kelly brought out River for a duet!
