Zendaya opened up about her relationship with Tom Holland in a new interview.
The 26-year-old Euphoria actress spoke with The Sun, revealing something that she found confusing about the 26-year-old Spider-Man star. She also touched on their experience living together and sharing a kitchen in their new home in London.
The actress even discussed modern beauty standards and how she feels living life in the public eye.

On modern beauty standards and staying true to herself…
“I have been Photoshopped and I called it out because it creates these unrealistic expectations of beauty and what we as women should look like,” Zendaya told the outlet. “I try to encourage young women to be real and to accept themselves for how they are. And if I am going to preach that, I have to try to live that.”
She continued, saying, “We have this pressure as young women to look perfect, to have perfect careers, and while we all want to be successful we have to be kind to ourselves.”
“I think we should be embracing ourselves,” she added.
On sharing a kitchen in their new home…
Zendaya and Tom, who were spotted on a royal palace date last week, share a home in London close to where the Marvel actor grew up. She revealed that they came to an agreement about how they share the kitchen.
“He is really good in the kitchen, which is fortunate as I am really accident-prone,” she said. “We learnt early on that only one of us could be in the kitchen at a time, we are both control freaks so we can’t be in there together.”
On being confused by Tom Holland’s slang…
“I love the British accent, but as much as Tom tries to explain it to me, I will never understand rhyming slang,” Zendaya explained. “Like I understand the concept — but what do apples and pears have to do with stairs?”
“It’s cute when he tells me all the different phrases — but I really don’t get it,” she added.
