Musician and socialite, Sister Deborah born Deborah Owusu-Bonsu has revealed she slapped a man who pressed her buttocks after her performance at an event.
She was reacting to Cina Soul’s interview where she disclosed how some male fans sexually harass artistes in the country.
Sister Deborah said she had finished performing when two young ladies asked for a selfie, she decided to give the selfie moment only for a man behind her to press her buttocks.
An angry Sister Deborah said she turned around and slapped him in the face after which security in the area took him away.
Her tweet was meant to empower women especially entertainers who go through such harassment to fight for themselves.
“I slapped a man backstage at quamina’s show. I got off stage after performing and two ladies asked for a selfie. As we were taking it, a man pressed my butt. I immediately turned and slapped him. Then the bouncers came and took him away.”
