Daily Guide reporter, Vincent Kubi has been roasted by many media personalities as well as politicians for making unsubstantiated claims about the late Krachi East MCE.
The late MCE was found dead in his hotel room in Kumasi on Sunday, 4 September 2022.
In a rather uncomfortable part of the news about his demise, police found him naked with traces of sperms on his thighs.
The Daily Guide reporter, Vincent Kubi, then jumped on this strain of evidence to claim that “marathon sex” killed the late MCE.
This unsubstantiated claim was published in the Daily Guide’s 5th September 2022 edition.
The publication has caused uproar among many people in the media space as well as the political spectrum. Some journalists have also criticized the editor of Daily Guide for allowing such a defamatory claim to be published.
As at the time of writing this piece, the article was still present on the Daily Guide website, despite the blacklash.
