Guru has stated that if he should veer off into politics, it’s solely to make money for himself because he has heard ‘there’s money in it.’
The former serial hitmaker said it’s for this reason and more which has hauled him back to school to make his dreams become a reality.
“I’ve gone back to school. You see, I must have the qualification, the certified CV, to stand anywhere or on any grounds to be that guy who is well-educated enough to represent the people,” he told 3Entertainment’s Natalie Baah.
He also said his professional career should never get in the way of his ambition or limit him to one sphere.
He said, “To me, everything is possible. I think I can’t limit my dreams to just doing music alone. There is more to life than just music.”
Emphasising on his political aspiration, Guru said, “It’s possible. So I would love to do that. There’s money in it. People are spending millions of dollars just to win a seat, and based on your popularity, it makes it easier. Having the proper qualifications will help you know this field that you can operate and assess and impact lives.
“For instance, if I become a president right now, I have no knowledge of administration. So how would I handle it? So I’m learning the stats and then using them to deliver. Give them the best of me. So I will represent you someday.”
