Zlatan Ibile has shared his grass to grace story in a recent interview in a bid to spur his fans not to give up on their dreams.
Reflecting on his past struggles before he hit stardom, the rapper and singer told British on-air personality Tim Westwood that he had only two shirts and one pair of trousers back in the days.
Zlatan won the Airtel One Mic Talent show at 19 when he was a student and he was presented with a car prize.
According to him, before he won the talent show, nobody used to talk to him or notice him because he had only three pairs of dresses which included two shirts and one pair of trousers.
He said his life turned around after he triumphed in the compettion and worked assiduously his way up to this point.
He also said that though he received a car, there was no cash prize, so he resorted to using the branded car to run a taxi business.
