Award winning broadcast journalist, Bridget Otoo has pointed out that, Ghanaians including journalists are also entitled to their opinions on governance in the country.
“Every journalist has a right to their opinion, to critique or be critical of persons voted for and entrusted with state resources. You may not like their opinion”, she posited
Her concerns come at the back of reports that the governing New Patriotic Patriotic (NPP) plans to boycott the TV 3 station owing to alleged bias on the part of the station’s morning show host, Johnnie Hughes.
Bridget Otoo in a Facebook post on Monday, December 27, 2021 recounted how she was frozen out by the media house after airing her opinion on some issues of national interest in 2016.
