Some travellers who arrived at the Kotoka International Airport last night were detained over an alleged bomb attack.
Per the video available to us, a supposed bomb had been planted in the airport which prompted authorities to restrict movement and to detain the travellers.
A victim of the circumstance shared her order on Snapchat where she alleged that they were detained after they had been told of a bomb attack. Subsequently, the supposed bomb went out.
In the video, some travellers were seen running for cover as they lied on the floor. Some were looking for an escape route as they were apprehensive about an alleged bomb attack on their lives.
The Ghana Police Service is urged to look into the matter and ascertain the authenticity or otherwise of the report.
