Speaking on GTV this morning, the member of Parliament made it clear that even though people use prophecy as a platform to abuse but that is not a guarantee for the police to use to abuse the right of pastors in Ghana.

” I would say that the release of the Ghana Police service is an attempt to limit the right and freedom of expression of all men of God” he said.

“You cannot legislate over spiritual matters and let us get it clear, the fact that people use that platform abuse will never be a guarantee to take away that fundamental right of pastors” he added.

This comes after the Ghana Police service issued a notice to all pastors to desist from making prophecies that will cause fear and panic in the upcoming 31st Night on 31st December, 2021.
