The ex-convicts decided to organize a joint concert and they managed to lie to Ghanaians.
They obviously overestimated their marketability and thought they could fill the Accra sports stadium.
It’s a shame that Shatta Wale alone could not fill the stadium but even with the help of Medikal?
All efforts were put in place that were supposed to help this show.
I mean they were just involved in arguably the biggest celebrity buzz of this year when they graced the Ghana prisons for a couple of days.
This should have been enough publicity to keep them marketable enough to fill the stadium since they were recently in the minds of people.
At least some sympathy tickets should have sufficed because just maybe they would have been wallowing in jail by now and will not have the opportunity to be there at the time.
This should have also been enough trigger for their fans to appreciate what you have when you have it and as such show up for the concert.
You will think it will help that the concert was priced at ghc10 for tickets. This should have sealed the deal and have everyone in the stadium, but nope.
The information out there was that, the stadium was full to capacity and everyone was happy for the new besties.
Until an attendee exposed how they did not fill the stadium, we would have been blindsided big time.
Well, the Nsawam mafia’s were busted for not filling up the stadium as there were a whole lot of empty seats.
There was a very wide portion where there was absolutely nobody there.
Even the supporting acts like Wendy Shay and Hajia4real did not make it an inch better because they seem to be the least pleasing to the crowd.
Maybe if they shift focus from controversy and actually turn their craft into coins, 10 Cedi to fill a stadium should not be impossible for two big acts.
As for the filling the 02 conversation, clearly there is a lot of work to do so Medikal definitely deserves a laugh when he makes tweets like these.
