Berlinda Addardey, popularly known as Berla Mundi is a Ghanaian media personality who was born on 1 April 1988. She co-hosted the 20th VGMA with Kwami Sefa Kayi.
Berla is an alumnus of St. Theresa’s School, Achimota School and the University of Ghana where she studied linguistics and psychology for her first degree. She studied French at Alliance Francaise. She also studied at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
Shirley Emma Tibilla with nickname Cookie Tee is a Ghanaian Radio and Television Personality. She comes from the Northern Part of Ghana. She is an old student of St Mary’s Secondary School and the University of Ghana, Legon. She works at Accra where she hosts the Afternoon show on Star FM.
She was also an MC and has hosted events such as the launch of Volkswagen (2020), RTP Awards (2018 and 2019), 3Music Awards, Ghana Event Awards among others. Last year, she won the Best TV Personality at the Ghana Entertainment Awards USA as well as the Xperience Womanity Award for Media Excellence.
Serwaa was born on 8 March 1990 as the first born to Frank Yeboah and Lydia Tetteh. She went to Yaa Asantewaa Secondary School and studied banking and finance at the Methodist University College, Ghana.
She is a Ghanaian broadcast journalist and news presenter who currently works with GHOne TV. She won the Television Female Newscaster of the Year Award at the 2018 Radio and Television Personality Awards. She started as the producer of the award-winning current affairs show, State of Affairs hosted by Nana Aba Anamoah. She is the host of Cheers, a weekend sports show telecast on GHOne TV.
Anita Akua Akuffo
She hails from Accra in the Greater Accra Region. She went to St.Anthony’s Preparatory School in South Odorkor for her primary level education. She then proceeded to Wesley Grammar High School in Dansoman. Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah (commonly known as MzGee) is a Ghanaian media personality, journalist and broadcaster. She was formally at Multimedia Group and currently hosts shows such as Mentor and ShowBuzz on TV3 and 3FM under Media General. In 2019, she was claimed to be the first and only female member on the 3Music Awards Board. In March 2021, she was among the Top 30 Most Influential Women in Music by the 3Music Awards Women’s Brunch.
She is married to Raymond Acquah. They got married in October 2017. The couple used to be co-workers at Multimedia Group.
Portia Gabor is a broadcast journalist, producer, news anchor, and editor of features and documentaries at TV3 Network Limited, a media station with Television, radio and online platforms. Some of her awards include Best News reporter at the Ghana Journalist awards, Komla Dumor most promising young journalist. In 2011 she was nominated for CNN Multichoice Africa Journalist awards.
Regina Van Helvert
Regina Van-Helvert is an actress and producer, known for Sin City (2019), Jungle Justice (2019) and In April (2016). She was born on 6 August 1991, and she’s currently 30yrs old. She was born in Accra and also hails from Osu, Accra – Ghana. She attended Morning Star Primary School, and also completed St. Mary’s SHS. She bagged her degree in Business Administration(Marketing) at Ghana Telecom University College.
Regina was the 2nd runner-up for Miss Malika- 2012 beauty pageant show. She has over 5 year experience working in various roles in Ghanaian media and entertainment industry. She is the host of ‘UNWIND’ – a new show on GHOne TV. She also interviews top celebrities on ‘One on One’ on Rhythmz Live on GHOne TV and presenter for LIVE 91.9FM. Aside from media, Regina works as a top photo model and a brand influencer.
She attended Akosombo International School, and went on to graduate from North Hunterdon High school in the US. She then continued her education at the Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) where she read communications. She was to further her studies at Rutgers University but decided to return to Ghana to work.
Angela is described as a hard working young TV personality who loves what she does. She started creative arts career at age 16, from singing, modelling, acting to now hosting shows on TV. Jessica Opare Saforo is a Ghanaian media personality, TV and radio broadcaster and entrepreneur who was born on 29 April 1981 (40yrs). Saforo had her secondary education at Akosombo International School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Art from the University of Ghana, Legon where she majored in Economics and Psychology.
She is the host for Transformation with Jess, Ghana’s first ever weight loss reality TV show. She is the owner of The Voice Ova Company, a business that specializes in managing voice talent.
Caroline Sampson was born in Tema at the Valco Hospital on August 2, 1984 and grew up in Tema Community 7. She is the only child of her parents. Caroline was educated at the Creator Preparatory School in Tema where she had her primary school and junior high school education. She then went on to study General Arts at Mfantsiman Girls’ Secondary School. She had her tertiary education at the African University College of Communications (AUCC).
She’s a Ghanaian radio presenter, TV show host, compere, and voiceover artist best known for her TV and radio commercials. She began her career in the media in 2005 when she ended up as a finalist in the third edition of the Ghanaian reality TV pageant Miss Malaika Ghana. Sampson has hosted reality TV shows, corporate events, movie premieres, and album launches. She was the first anglophone African and Ghanaian to win the award for Best Presenter at the Stars Integration of Culture of Africa festival and competition held in Benin.
Mz Dru aka.Drusilla Lartey was born and raised in North West London.She hosted numerous live events such as Miss Ghana UK and Burna Boy’s UK concert in the O2 as well as red carpet for the Ghana Music Award UK, Black Women In Excellence Awards and many more. She also hosted ‘Count Down’ on Rhythmz Live on GHOne TV. She is also a Voice Over Artist and a good Events MC.
Ama K Abebrese
Ama K Abebrese (born 3 May 1980) is a British-Ghanaian actress, television presenter and a producer. She was born in Ghana and raised in West London in the United Kingdom. She attended William Morris Sixth Form in Hammersmith after completing secondary school at Burlington Danes Academy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Drama obtained at St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
She won the 2011 Best Actress in a Leading Role at the AMAA Awards for her stellar performance in Sinking Sands. She is also an accomplished television presenter with over two decades of experience. Ama K started her TV presenting career in her teens at YCTV in London. She has presented on BBC2, OBE TV, Viasat 1, TV3, Ebonylife TV and many more.
