Wendy Shay sparked frenzy on the internet when she tagged herself as the queen of Ghana music and subsequently asked the , Nana Akufo Addo to invite her to the Flagstaff House just like he did with Shatta Wale.
Her comment attracted attention from Ghanaians especially most of her female colleagues. Kumawood actress cum musician, Yaa Jackson was the first to react.
Yaa Jackson in a post on Twitter, said Wendy Shay doesn’t have the right to crown herself the queen when it comes to Ghana Music.
“So who crowned her queen of Ghana music?? Boi! .. I wonder why Dem dey call demma selves QUEENS!! Where my #woshposse deh!!”<

Wendy Shay has made a new post on Twitter which seems to be an indirect reply to Yaa Jackson. She quoted Isaiah 54:17 which says: “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”
