Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak are set for an epic clash in the UK, as part of this year’s independence day anniversary celebrations, footballmadeinghana.com can exclusively reveal.
The game is billed to take place in March 2020 and expected to provide Ghanaian football fans in and around the UK a taste of Ghana’s biggest football game.

This showpiece is the brainchild of Phar Partnerships, a firm run by Nana Yaw Amponsah (presidential candidate in the last held GFA elections).
Sources close to the organizers have hinted footballmadeinghana.com that both clubs have agreed to the terms of this arrangement which covers visa application fees, flight costs (business class and economy ) for a 30 man contingent for each club, hotel accommodation plus an appearance fee of not less than $25,000.

As part of the arrangement, a day’s tour of major iconic sites in London and an opportunity to interact with the Ghanaian community in the UK have also been included in the package.
