Bolt says it has introduced a new feature in its mobile application, allowing users to add extra stops to their rides.

The firm said the ability to add multiple destinations would be available for the customers with the latest version of the Bolt app.

“Customers searching for their required destination will see a small plus sign on the right side of the address box. They will need to tap on the ‘+’ to create an additional stop to their ride. Customers can have up to three stops in a single ride, the last one being the final destination on their journey,” the firm said.

According to a statement by the firm, the new feature enables passengers to see prices upfront for the rides that include several stops.

It added that the driver would also see the route with all the stops on the map of his Bolt driver app after the ride had been started.

The firm said the feature would be rolled out gradually to Bolt users on Android and iOS this month.

Meanwhile, the ride-hailing firm, which was previously known as Taxify, has launched a communication agency review. It also announced its search for a UK communications agency to handle its corporate and consumer relations.

A report by an online journal, PRWeek, on Tuesday confirmed this and noted that Bolt is one of the leading European transportation platforms providing ride-hailing and scooter-sharing services.
